This four week course includes written extracts from my own published writing, recommendations, full email support for discussion, exercises and a plan to take you to the next level of your meditation and practice. Taught via Zoom and you will have access via Google Classroom to all course material. Yoga Alliance accredited. An introduction to Realisation as Agency.
