I think this is what sages have been talking about for generations. Thich Nhat Hahn has said this time and again.Jesus of course could be said to have said this: I am The Way. But the I that he referred to is itself The Way. It is love, compassion, and the cooperation of all things with each other that we have the possibility of becoming one with.
Each lesson includes meditation, reflection on premises, including your own philosophy and values (yamas and niyamas), asana practice, pranayama practice, meditation and yoga nidra, including the clear use of sankalpa
Each lesson lasts 1.5 hours. There will be twelve sessions, including an introduction, and presentation sessions during which students will demonstrate their understanding, and a final session for feedback and discussion.

During the course, we will consider free will, practice realisation and the attitude that emerges as a result of an attunement to cooperation, and compassion. Thus we practice Yoga not just on the mat but as The Way, in the Daoist sense, of doing and being what love does and is.
